What Is LCKDN 60?

LCKDN 60 is not just a fitness challenge. It is a discipline challenge. For 60 straight days, participants commit to strict daily standards with no cheat days and no restarts. The goal is simple: lock in, build discipline, and transform your body and habits.

The winner will be awarded on July 2, 2026.

Winner is determined by a combination of percentage of weight lost and overall consistency.

Challenge Rules

Nutrition

  • No sugary drinks
  • No fried foods
  • No cheat meals
  • 1 gallon of water daily

Training

  • 6 workouts per week
  • 45-minute minimum workouts
  • 1 active recovery/rest day allowed
  • 10,000 steps every day

Accountability

  • Daily check-in required
  • Weekly weigh-in required
  • Progress photo required weekly
  • No restarts

Scoring System

60%

Weight loss percentage based on starting and ending weight.

40%

Consistency score based on daily check-ins, completed workouts, steps, and rule compliance.

Missing 2 days total removes prize eligibility. This challenge is strict by design.
